🔄RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ZAVIANZ Retail

At ZAVIANZ Retail, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure you receive your product in the best condition. However, in case of any genuine issue, we offer returns and refunds under the conditions outlined below.

✅ELIGIBLE CASES FOR RETURN / REFUND

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Incorrect product received

⏱RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

📸REQUIRED PROOF (MANDATORY)

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Clear images showing the issue

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted after review.

🔄RETURN PROCESS

  • Return pickup will be arranged in eligible cases
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product

Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team (if return is required).

💳REFUND PROCESS

  • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders → Refunded via UPI or bank transfer

💡Alternative Resolution

In select cases, refunds may be offered as store credit (wallet balance) for faster resolution. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.

⏳REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment provider processing times

📦SPECIAL CASES & CONDITIONS

🚚Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the order as delivered:

  • We will investigate with the courier partner
  • If confirmed delivered to the correct address, the order will not be eligible for refund

📍Returned to Origin (RTO)

Orders returned due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Order refusal

may not be eligible for refund, subject to verification

🚛Shipment Delay / Stuck in Transit

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period:

  • We will investigate with the logistics partner
  • Based on verification, a replacement or refund may be provided

❌NON-RETURNABLE CASES

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor color or design variations
  • Requests raised without required proof
