• Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method

Prepaid order refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• Customer cancels the order before shipment processing begins
• ZAVIANZ cancels the order due to inventory, operational, or serviceability issues
• Product received in damaged condition
• Incorrect product received
• Missing item(s) from the order
• Defective product
• Any other refund case specifically approved by ZAVIANZ after review

💵 COD Token Refund Eligibility

COD token refunds may be approved in the following situations:

• Customer cancels the order before shipment processing begins
• ZAVIANZ auto-cancelled a high-risk pincode COD order due to non-confirmation within the required time
• Product received in damaged condition
• Incorrect product received
• Missing item(s) from the order
• Defective product
• Any other refund case specifically approved by ZAVIANZ after review

💡 Alternative Resolution

• In select cases, refunds may be offered as store credit (wallet balance) for faster resolution
• This credit can be used for future purchases on our website

⏳ Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banking and payment provider processing times

📦 Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows the order as delivered:

• We will investigate with the courier partner
• If confirmed delivered to the correct address, the order will not be eligible for refund

📍 Return to Origin (RTO) – Prepaid Orders

• Orders returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, non-response to delivery attempts, or delivery refusal, applicable shipping, return-to-origin (RTO), packaging, and logistics charges may be deducted before any refund is processed

📍 Return to Origin (RTO) – COD Orders

• Orders returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, non-response to delivery attempts, or delivery refusal are not eligible for any refund
• ZAVIANZ reserves the right to restrict future Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases for such orders

🚚 Return Pickup Conditions

• Approved return requests may require reverse pickup
• If a scheduled pickup is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect information, package unavailability, or other pickup-related issues, the return request may be delayed, rescheduled, or closed after review

🚛 Shipment Delay / Stuck in Transit

If shipment tracking shows no movement for an extended period:

• We will investigate with the logistics partner
• Based on verification, a replacement or refund may be provided

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Used or damaged products after delivery
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Minor color or design variations
• Requests raised without the required proof
